Curbed Randomness

Tonight we received a load of cement garden curbing from friends who had extra. (The pic is only a dream of what our lawn could possibly look like.) Next we roundup the old grass. Soon we should be able to recover the soil under the dug grass and make the flower bed look more manicured.

Oh, and I had an interview for a paralegal job at the County Attorney's office today. All went well. I call them tomorrow to find out if I made the first cut.... I'm trying to keep calm. It's been six months now with no job. The tax return only stretches so far, you know. Come on JOB!

Tomorrow we begin to house sit for friends who will go to Palmyra, NY on a two week mission. They did the same last year and said they spent most days walking the Sacred Grove to keep watch over it. They said it was a "tough" job but somebody had to do it. :) Doesn't that sound like a great way to spend your day? Strolling through the Sacred Grove in the peace and quiet? They take great photos of the Smith family farm etc. I hope to take the kids for a visit some day.

Pasta salad ROCKS!
