Here are some mediocre photos of mom's place in Moab. She showed us some of the "before" shots and it is quite amazing to see how much she has changed the property.
CC and I went to Moab on a whirlwind trip to check up on mom. (AJ stayed home and had the run of the computer, tv and fridge because he couldn't miss out on any more of the band practices he was to attend without risking being kicked out of band.)Mom has been struggling with some hip and back pain and a vigorous bout of shingles. Pain meds and ice packs and some hydrocortison cream are all that seem to bring any relief. It's been hard for her to get comfortable and to even have an appetite.
When we drove away today we were hopeful that she will be on the up-swing now and will make a recovery soon.
